Has anyone heard of what USCIS will make you do if you are in the process of I-129f and your finance becomes pregnant before undergoing the medical screening?

USCIS will do nothing as they aren't involved in that part of the process.   

 

Typically the only thing is the xray.   They will take all precautions but if she declines the xray then no Visa until they can

we had a miss carriage so it was avoided but just in case it happens.

DNA for a pregnancy?  Possibly for a child if claiming US citizenship but not always even then

DNA to ensure that it is my child since we are not married. thought that they would want to know before approving the K1

Nope,  they might check the dates of visits to see if the two were together for conception, which if you were not, might create doubt about the bonafide relationship

DNA?   Only after birth if there are doubts .. of parents

 

 

For X-ray they do provide a shield to protect the fetus
