My concern is I am staying in Canada and until I get work permits I want to continue my job in Canada.. I don't want to seat ideal for even 1 week..so what is best solution

How can you be adjusting status if you are in Canada? Adjustment of status is only for people in the USA. If you are not currently in the USA you have no status from which to adjust.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Sounds like your best solution would have been to apply for a spousal visa instead.

The Employment Authorization Document (EAD) which allows you to work in the United States is usually approved and issued around the same time as or with the Advance Parole (AP) document; 6 months or so after you file for Adjustment of Status, given that you filed the I-765 and the I-131 with the I-485. This means that either way you have to wait 6 months or so before you can travel outside the U.S. or work in the U.S.

The best solution for your situation would have been to apply for a Spouse Visa not a Fiancé(e) Visa since you would have entered the U.S. with a Green Card.

For a k1 entry,  you are guaranteed to sit on the bench for probably 6 months or more unless you are fortunate to live in a region that processes your GC quickly

YMMV

If you do the K-1, which takes at least 7-9 months, then file AOS including EAD and AP documents immediately after you get married in the US, you will be sitting idle in the US for about 6 months while waiting for EAD and AP card to arrive, you can't work and you can't leave.  If you don't want to do that, get married in Canada or the US, go back to Canada and continue working while your new spouse files the I-130 petition for a CR-1, the spousal visa process takes a year or more, then when you enter the US you can start working in the US as soon as you find a job.  You have some decisions to make.  Good luck!

Then the K1 (fiance visa) is NOT for you. The K1 visa sucks for people in your situation. You are better off filing for a spousal visa. With a spousal visa you can start working the day you arrive. With a K1, you have to sit for months waiting for authorization.

I am constantly amazed at how many people don’t know the pitfalls of the K-1 before starting out with the paperwork. For us, the not being able to work thing was all it took for us to know that this wasn’t right for us, no matter how fast it was.

Maybe others can chip in.   If she drives thru a land crossing to Canada (there is no good bye usa checkpoint), and later, for the AOS interview enter the US via NEXUS Canadian passport drive thru no stopping lane, will that solve the problem?  I am just curious as Canadians with Green cards are living in Canada doing that.

No.  Once she crosses into Canada without AP, i.e. leave the US without AP, she automatically abandons her AOS.  There is no coming back later with Nexus or anything else since the AOS is deemed automatically abandoned.

Living in Canada and having commuter green card is completely different from adjusting status and not having a green card.  Comparing people without completely different rights.

If working is your priority then withdraw the k1. Get married and apply for cr1. You can stay in Canada and work and once your cr1 is approved and you move to the US you can find a job.
