Like Hank said it will not have a effect on your case. Now if you were the petitioner then that would be a whole different "can of worms".

You won't be able to work legally in the US until you get EAD or a green card, which won't be for a while, so you not having a job isn't a concern for immigration purposes.

 

Do note that it will likely take at least six months from filing the petition to getting your visa.

Yes i know, i mean i will find another one, but im asking for the worst case scenario if i cant. I have savings too. But if we file when i have no job...
