I sent my package on September 16 and supposedly they received it on September 19 and I still haven’t got any answer. I sent an email to lockbox last Monday and the replied saying it could take up to 30 days to reply. So that’s where we’re at. I’m not losing my hair and not sleeping well out of stress or anything.

You will be notified, just have your mind set on within 30 days after you sent your package. Your check will be cashed and the notification will be sent to you electronically all within same week and you should get your NOA1 few days later.Having your mind set on the maximum period of time specified by USCIS is the only way to stay sane, welcome the waiting game :).

What is this supposed Oct 15th deadline I keep hearing about?

Read a few of the myriad of threads in this forum speaking about the postponed deadline. Check the responses in your duplicate-themed question.

Welcome to the party.

FYI, I sent mine on Oct 17, it got there Oct 21.  Today, Oct 30, I saw that they had placed a charge on my credit card; I sent in the credit card form instead of a check so I can see when they charge it.  I have yet to receive my NOA1, but crossing my fingers to receive it soon.
