Any f4 recieved IL email this month for montreal ???

Hi wondering if any f4s here getting interview email by nvc for montreal and when do usally nvc send those email does anyone know i mean beginning middle or end of month 

My case completed on 23th may 2019 over 5 months now still no email for il yet

Probably, my priority date become current in Nov visa bulletin and my sis got the interview date on 18th Nov Mumbai embassy india. PD is same for both of us (Oct8, 2004)I guess Montreal is too slow in processing and need to wait months for get a Visa appointment.
