Before I mail my application I just want to triple check everything.

is the filing fee still $535 as of today (10-24-2019).

on the check i will make it payable to United States Department of Homeland Security. is this correct?

I will be using USPS priority mail. i will use the flat rate box with tracking number (see pic below) and send it to:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

USCIS P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

is this correct?

With the size of that box it appears it might be a 1,000 page petition in the works

YMMV

FYI .. the address is for the K-1, I-129F   so not necessary to mark it on the outside of the envelope  ;)

It is necessary to mark it outside because the uscis website specifically gave instruction on how to mark the envelope before mailing...

Not really.  The I-129F petition is mailed to USCIS at a specific mail address that is solely for submitting the I-129F petition.    Doesn't get any simpler
