OK first I know this makes no since but i'm wondering if it has happened to anybody else .

my wife recieved the bill for the Affidavit of support, and she sent the payment to the NVC ,then they sent her the the Affidavit of Support form I-864.she gathered all the required information and papers and she sent them to the NVC.now the problem is we checked the online automated recorded message for our case and it said that some information were missing in our affidavit of support and they sent us a letter letting us know what we missed.till now things still ok because we thought whatever it was we can fix it.so we waited for the letter to come from the NVC for like 3 weeks and we didn't recieve it.during that time I recieved the immigrant visa processing fee bill and I sent the payment to them.well my wife and I started to wonder why she hasn't got that letter from the NVC yet so I asked her to call them.and she talked to an operator and he said that our affidavit of support was completed and that message means that they just waiting for the the immigrant visa processing fee bill to be paid from me.

that doesn't make any since to me wich leads me to think the operators there don't really know what going on with our cases.but I'm wondering if anybody has experienced the same issue before ???

Things just seem to be a little messed up more than usual. We have sent an email three times in the past 30 days to assign an agent as per the shortcut. We have never received a return aknowledgement nor does tha operator confirm an agent has been assigned. Three days ago we sent hard copies to NVC after they finally arrived in the ukraine. In the meantime we submitted the AOS $70 payment and it was received on May 30. Then the date was changed to 1 June then changed to 4 June then to 5 june and now the recording say the AOS payment was received 6 June. However the operator says the I864 was mailed on 4 June but it wasn,t. In the meantime we Fed-Exed the I864 to NVS which was received on June 6 but we do not know if te information we received on the fourth of June was correct because now the operator says we are mistaken and the I864 could not have been mailed before the AOS payment was received. SO on top of all of that we may now have to wait for the I 864 to be returned so we can resubit it at a time later than the newest received date.Oh this is government ineptnes at it's very best. The only thing keeping my patience in check is the love for my wife and hers in return for me. Keep the faith.

Operators do know what is going on. It happens when I-864 is completed and NVC waits for DS 230 to receive. So you have nothing worry about. Just prepare DS 230 and send to NVC after it is generated.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
