What does your status say on CEAC website? I’m so worried now it will take forever to receive the visa on hand now, and I’m here with 9 months old baby...cannot wait for this whole process to be over

Mind says AP, last updated Nov 18th. This visa issuing process can takes weeks

They haven’t requested any documents from me, CO just said your visa is approved and to pick up a passport in 5 days....but on CEAC it says AP😭😭

Don’t worry . Everyone says AP after the interview. That’s normal

This is just the longest and the most stressful waiting game... plz keep us all updated on your case! I didn’t know everyone’s case status says AP after the interview....

Things in Ghana take a long time smh. So it can take between 2-5 weeks to get the visa.

I was issued 8working days after my interview n got my visa a month after my interview 

once the done with all their checks n Dnt need anything from u Dnt worry u will be issued

There’s no specific time frame for how long the take for background checks but verbal approval is nothing until u r issued ... after u r approved the embassy now also have their part to do like background checks etc .. some take days, others months n others years
