After waiting for a month I got a rejection notice ( I didnt sign the check , *sigh*). I'll have to sent the package out again along with the rejection letter. Anyhow, I looked over the paper work again and noticed that I didn't use my fiance permanent address (ho^. kha^?u, Dong Nai), but i used the address where she currently live and work now (Sai Gon). I talked to my mom and she told me they would give me problem later on. What you guys view on this? Could i just write a memo and explain it to them?

Also, originally, I sent the package to Nebraska center, but the rejection letter wanted me to send it to California Service Center now. Do you know why? thanks guy, hopefully i'll get some answer today so i can send it out tomorrow.

Violet18ac3, as I understand it, your fiancee's address on I-129F does not have to be her ho khau's address, rather it should be where she lives and sleeps. IMHO you did it right. However make sure her ho khau's address is on the list of her past addresses on G-325A. If applicable to you, the "To" fields of the 2 addresses could both have "Present time" in them, e.g. in the case people keep two residences at a time.

Ho Khau is where she is legally registered (Birth Certificate, ID Card etc) it's also the address they use to trace and issue her PASSPORT if she didn't already apply and receive one!

Residency: Where is temporary living, which she is also registered with the local police (Cong An Phuong) for her residency status (Tam Tru - Tam Vang)

Your application has her "residency" address which is OK for mailing and correspondence purpose. Must have her "LEGAL RESIDENCY" address for G325.
