Not necessarily... I just filed in Sept, got Nebraska and see the 130 taking about 5-6 months longer to process which is a bit too long for me.  The 129f timeline looks faster, which will work better for us.  I wouldn't mind the K3 at all if it meant my spouse getting to the US earlier.  We can deal with the AOS stuff later (IF they even gave us a K3).  I am not just doing it to surpass natural process - I thought the natural process of the K3 is for the beneficiary to get to the US faster than waiting for CR1?

Yes necessarily, which in your post you even said that you are trying to circumvent the natural flow of things in regards to your petition. The K3 visa is pretty much dead and I can pretty much guarantee that you won't get it since at most 20 were issued last year. Expect roughly 9-12 months for everything to process.

Even less; "in fiscal year 2019 only five were issued"

6 in fiscal year 2018 and 15 in fiscal year 2017: https://travel.state.gov/content/dam/visas/Statistics/AnnualReports/FY2018AnnualReport/FY18AnnualReport - TableXVIB.pdf

Thank you. I just did a round ball park figure so I know I wasn't right. But I knew it was no more than 20.

LOL.  Welcome to US immigration, where everything may take too long and be too expensive and mired in paperwork for one's liking.

please I need your help or advice on what to do.. i-130 PD September 28, 2018, NOA1 October 2, 2018..

i-129f sent September 29, 2019.

We got a RFE on October 7th, but the second page of the letter bore another applicant's name.. So hubby decided to send them every evidence they may require then called them, he was transferred to a tier 2 officer who told him not to bother about the name on the letter and go ahead to respond to the RFE, so my hubby told him he had already done that, he said OK. No problems.. Fw to 13th they sent us an email saying they received our response to the RFE.  Then this afternoon they sent hubby another email for RFE he was confused but asked me not to worry about it that it could be an error...  Then just about 30mins ago, I got an update on the USCIS app saying our i-130 has been denied... I am so heartbroken and confused.. I don't know what to do.. Please any previous cases like this you know of?? How was it solved? Any idea what we should do next?.. Thanks in anticipation of your response.

Ok so after reading all comments below this post I want to thank everyone who took out time to sympathize with me and those who were so blunt and inconsiderate and those also who commented without understanding the post. ...🥰😍

Now this is the update on my case... after the denial on the October 22,2019.. we filled an appeal EOIR-29 and it was recieved on November 19th 2019(less than 30 days from date of the denial.

50 days later, on January 8th 2020, my case was reconsidered and reopened.. January 9th 2020 case was approved.. and today January 13th 2020 case was sent to Department of State..

I had to take time to write this out so it can help someone pull through the trauma of denial someday... it can be very frustrating, depressing, etc.. I can tell you that cos I've been there... but in all, I give God all the glory.
