How to fill out I-864 with one sponsor? Help 😩

So I’m filing for my husbands adjustment of status and I’m using my dad as a sponsor. He gave me his W2 and 1040. He filed jointly with my mom. I’m not sure how to fill out part 5 of the I-864 if i only want to use my dad as a sponsor, even though he filed jointly with my mom. It asks for his current individual annual income, then his household income. But then there is a box that it has to check saying all people included in household income have filled out I-864. I just really don’t want to have to fill out a whole extra affidavit for my mom too and then ask her to get all her W2’s so is there a way to fill this out and just use my dad?? Thank you!

Even if you are using your Dad, you're still the main sponsor. So fill out one form for you and one for your dad.

 

Try to read the instructions for the form. Everything you need is there.
