you are better of re-scheduling the interview! they requested from me, and now I have been in AP for more than 2 months.. do not risk it, re-schedule!

Hi i have the same situation as this my fiance(petitioner) was born in the phils. He migrated to us when he was 17 years old. I was interviewed on oct 24 2019. I was scared tho because i did not bring with me his cenomar/cemar technically he's still married in the phils because he got divorced in us so i was not able to get his cemar/cenomar. But fortunately the CO did not ask any of it. I was approved and now issued already in my ceac status. I think its case to case basis.
