Birth certificate of K1 Visa petitioner

We just sent our I-129f k1 visa petition, my fiance is the petitioner. He only sent one side of his birth certificate because the back side is only empty vaccine table. Will it be a problem / reason we get RFE ?

There are people who received an RFE because of that but there are also people who did not.

The instructions for the I-129F use to state - copy of both sides, it no longer states that.

 

3. Evidence of U.S. citizenship which may include any of the following:

A. A copy of your birth certificate issued by a U.S. civil authority;

B. A copy of your original Certificate of Naturalization;

C. A copy of your original Certificate of Citizenship;

D. A copy of your Form FS-240, Report of Birth Abroad of a Citizen of the United States;

E. A copy of your valid, unexpired U.S. passport or passport card issued with a validity period of at least five years; or

F. A statement executed by a U.S. consular officer certifying that you are a U.S. citizen and the bearer of a currently valid U.S. passport.

We only send one the front page and it was fine. I wouldn't worry.

I only sent one side...no RFE for birth cert. The backside of mine has some legalese.

When the printing of both sides of certain documents was required, often they were not necessarily interested inwhat was printed on the back of the document, but what wasn't printed.
