We just sent our I-129f k1 visa petition, my fiance is the petitioner. He only sent one side of his birth certificate because the back side is only empty vaccine table. Will it be a problem / reason we get RFE ?

Thanks in advance.

When the printing of both sides of certain documents was required, often they were not necessarily interested inwhat was printed on the back of the document, but what wasn't printed. B-)
