NVC - CRIMINAL COURT AND PRISON RECORDS

Hi, I am currently submitting documents to NVC and one of the documents it ask for is CRIMINAL COURT AND PRISON RECORDS. I currently do not have these documents nor can I retrieve them but on the Police Certificate it shows Under investigation for the arrest. Should I put not available for this document?

Well what does it say in the NVC table for Police Records for this country?

• Court and Prison Records:  If you have been been convicted of a crime you must obtain a certified copy of each court record and any prison record, regardless of the fact that you may have subsequently benefited from an amnesty, pardon or other act of clemency or the United Kingdom Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.  Court records should include: Complete information regarding the circumstance surrounding the crime of which you were convicted and the disposition of the case, including sentence or other penalty or fine imposed;

This is what it says, but there is no conviction, it's currently an arrest under investigation.

What were you arrested for? Be prepared to have any documentation related to your arrest available. I wouldn't be surprised if your case will be held until there is some sort of resolution. Its unlikely you will be issued a visa if you have an active criminal investigation against you underway

In charge of vehicle with excess alcohol, I'm fine with waiting for the resolution of the investigation, just at this stage of submitting documents to NVC I'm wondering what to do about court records since I don't have those.
