IOE Case & NVC has NOT received it after 2 months of approval.

Hi, not yet. It’s now been 4 months since our approval and NVC has not received anything as of yesterday. I plan to call USCIS again to see what I can do. This has been a nightmare. I am very concerned as to why it still has not been sent to NVC. Are you in the same situation as I am?

@Frederick&AgathaI basically live on this website now 😅 The latest Potomac priority date that has been approved for a member on this website was July 1st, in December. Most of the other approvals seemed to be playing catch up with any others that were left behind from earlier dates or RFEs. If you set up your timeline, theoretically you should get weekly approximations on your NOA2 emailed to you. Currently though, since there are not enough Potomac filers on here, it doesn't have enough data to draw from to give us an idea of when things will be approved any longer. 😭 Theoretically, your petition should be the next up on the approval block, so keep us posted! 😂

Did you sign up with the online USCIS portal? I think you can send messages directly to them on there.
