Notarized (or Not Notarized) Affidavits of a Bona Fide Marriage from Family and Friends

Hello. Does anyone have an example of an affidavit or letter, that would be written by a family member or a friend, in support of a bona fide marriage? Maybe a screenshot, a picture, or a description of the format that such a letter should be written? My case is undergoing a consular return (CR1 Spouse Visa was denied September 30th), and I was told that they may request more evidence of a bona fide marriage later on. Thanks...

I wrote a affidavit letter with family. I just wrote the the family members name and DOB, their relationship to me and how they knew about my husband and I marriage. Wrote a statement towards the end of the letter stating that everything is true and had my family member notarize and sign it.
