I-130 Part 5, Previously Approval

Background:

We previously applied for a Fiance Visa and had our I-129f approved in March this year. We changed plans, decided to get married in Mexico (his home country.) I did not officially withdraw my I-129f application, but it has since expired. We've been living here since we got married in July, and planned on staying a little longer, but my husband lost his job just before our wedding and hasn't been able to find a new one since then (talking to his friends and family, it seems to be a wide-spread job crisis.) So we are planning on coming back to the US when we can get this processed finished.

Questions:

On the I-130 in Part 5, it asks about previous petitions.

1.Question 5 asked for the result. Should I put just "approved" even though we never finished the process, or "approved but withdrawn" even though I never contacted them to withdraw?

2. Would it be helpful to provide a copy of the approval letter with my packet?

Thanks for any advice/insight!
