Did you receive an email that say you're documentarily qualified?

After being DQ most people receive an interview letter within 1-3 months. However there are consulates/embassies that are backed up and there are significantly longer wait times

That depends on your embassy, mine (Juarez) is super backlogged and it takes around a year to get an interview date after DQ or CC.

I just read this morning a post about someone from the Philippines taking around a month, so you need to look up this info based on your location.

Service Center: Texas Service Center SRC

Consulate: Juarez, Mexico

I-130 NOA1: 2019/03/21

I-130 NOA2: 2019/09/17

NVC DQ: 2020/01/21

Visa Approved: 2021/07/01

also want to know :)

how long does it take for status to show as "accept" after submit? (instant? i haven't submitted the civil documents yet)

You can check the current case documents review time on this website:  https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-6-submit-documents-to-the-nvc.html

Make sure you do submit every document as per demand otherwise they are gonna take another 4-8 weeks to check that. I have submitted all documents and accepted but yet not given any interview date.

Generally you get an interview date email between 3 and 6 weeks after receiving the documentarily qualified email from NVC.  The actual interview date from that point depends on how backlogged the embassy/consulate is.  Some have a very long wait of many months, others a few weeks.  Good luck, you're almost there!

This link is super helpful, Thanks Ahsan1.

Just a quick confirmation, all cases documents you refer are list under "Civil Documents" ?

In my case, only 5:

Photographs

Police Certificate

Passport Biographic page

Birth certificate

Marriage Certificate

Yes, all the documents that I referred as civil documents. It took about 6-8 weeks from submission to be accepted unless there is no resubmission of documents. I had informed to resubmit the marriage document that took another 4 weeks for NVC to review the resubmission. Make sure to submit all the civil documents at the same time otherwise NVC takes more time to review them.

Thanks for acknowledging!
