Waiting for status change after Interview

Wife and Daughter had interviews (separate cases) on Oct 11, 2019.  Daughters status changed to "Ready" on 15 October.   Wife is still showing "Administrative Processing" on 21 October and we have received no emails or correspondence from either the Embassy or 2Go.  Worried!

My husband had an interview at the Manila Embassy on the 25th. CO said he’s approved and will receive VISA 2-4 weeks But CEAC website still says Ready until now. It’s been 4 weeks.

Received text from 2Go at 608PM on 22 October, passports are ready for pickup.  Flights scheduled for Monday already!  :)

 

(Wife has already completed CFO, just needs to take certificate to office for stamp)

I am currently having same issue. I am the principal applicant. My ceac profile is showing administrative processing for mine and issued for my dependent. They just emailed us that her passport is ready for pick up.

Was the ceac profile still showing ready? And were you able to collect both passport with visa?
