Hi. It says we both need to provide a letter of intent to marry. can he scan a signed copy and email? does it need to be notarized or just sent as is?

Yes, your fiancé can scan a signed copy of his Letter of Intent to Marry and e-mail it to you. It does not need to be notarized.

Include wedding plans, hotel reservations, pastor reservation, wedding dress quotes, sample flowers and an invitation card draft if you want to overkill the INTENT TO MARRY part.

We were wondering this too, but i had my fiancee send me the original signed letter and passport photo just in case.
