Hello VJ Family! 
I recently received RFE for missing Divorce decree pages. I sent in all the paperwork, and USCIS received the paperwork on September 24th but, I have not heard anything as of yet! Can it be because I forgot to sign and date the Divorce Decree? What can I do?

I'm assuming you mean you forgot to sign and date the copy of the divorce decree that you sent?  Not a requirement, and I can't see how that would hold things up.  Did you include some reference to your case, such as a copy of the RFE itself?  Sometimes they require RFEs to be signed.

 

My guess is they are still reviewing your file.  Hasn't quite been even 30 days yet.
