This article is in Spanish. It's basically saying that many people who apply for citizenship from now onwards won't likely be able to vote in the 2020 election. Of course there will be exception as some offices are processing applications quickly (<6 months). But in other field offices (e.g.  Manhattan NY) things are a total mess (1 year plus).

3/2020: Oath & naturalization (11 months)

6/2020: Passport received (3 months)

Officially a U.S. Citizen!
