Guys... I m freaking out.

I was reading some of your threads over the I-94 Form....that I totally forgot to include within my proofs of evidence. When we read the instructions it looked to us that you have only to submit it if you are currently in the US.

I have just included a copy of my Passport, all the stamps  I got when I went to the US' port of entry and my ESTA, plus all the flight tickets with their receipt.

I feel bad now.....I didn't think that you would have needed this document too if you just traveled to the US but are not currently there........

Oh My God!

Anyone in my same situation?

Also...we have not filled the box from 37-38h about my Arrival/Departure record because it was written that was only applicable if you were there...oh my god!

What can happen now? The process will be delayed because they will ask for this document?

ONLY if you (beneficiary) are currently in the US.  If not dont worry about it.   My case, came and left.   We didnt submit I-94, no RFE, NOA2 in 90 days.

No worries you did everything right. No need for the I-94.

I used it as evidence but just instead of passport copys.
