New Member! Need Help Before Mailing I-129 Form!!

Hello there. I am a long time lurker and I have spent a long time reading everything on here.

Now I need help before I mail my I-129 form

I photocopied my US passport in color, but on the picture page where it shows my picture, my picture came out overexposed. Is this acceptable? Will I get RFE? Or should I print that page in black and white and the rest of the passport in color?

My second question is about okcupid.com and RFE. To avoid RFE I will send the terms of service and I will attach an email from customer service proving that okcupid isn't a IMB.

on the additional attachment page on the I-129 form, on  3.d.  (additional info), I will write

"please see attachment for "terms and conditions" for dating website okcupid.com. The terms of service proves that okcupid.com is not a marriage broker"

also, in the same box, I will also write

"also see email attachment from okcupid.com customer service proving that okcupid, com is not a marriage broker

will this be acceptable?

thanks for your help
