I am not sure, but i had woken up  to my IL on 0ctber 24 @ 4:23 am which was on a Thursday....

Seems like they send IL on  month  end for  interview date  for first week of the month, its also varies, it aslo when the embassy  have dates available....

YAY!!!!!!!! Awesome! My mom was approved after her interview last week and her status changed to issued within a couple days. Waiting for the DHL pick up notice!
