To Submit AOS application without the I-693A form

I want to know if we could just send the AOS documents with the I-693 lacking and to just follow, cause we want to send the packet as soon as possible, will it cause some delays on the process or best if I wait until i have the vaccination supplement report before we send them all together? We just worry that it's gonna take sometime (like in 2 weeks) before we could have the I-693, while we could send the application tomorrow if it's just fine.

If you don't wait, most likely you'll have an RFE, which could then delay the process a couple of weeks. I'd definitly wait.

Called a Civil Surgeon in our area and they transfered vaccination record to a I-693A while we waited $35 to do it.

You can send in AOS without the suppment, the instructions indicates "may" send in, but you "may" get an RFE, or not. You then would either mail it in or bring to interview.

I'd send it in. It was quick and easy for us - and only $25.
