I'm currently filing for K1 visa. We filed in August of 2018. We've been waiting on an interview for 5 months 😔.  We turned in all necessary documents on May 10,2019. Our NOA2 expired 06/03/2019 and they said that they would revalidate it. They didn't reach out to us until July 16, 2019 to tell us our interview. They scheduled us for Sep 11, 2019 and then one week prior they rescheduled it to Oct 2, 2019. The day of his interview, while he was literally on his way to the interview, they called him and canceled "due to unforeseen circumstances". I reached out to them and they said that they would contact us when there is an available appointment. They usually respond back to my email within 24 hours since that's the primary way of contacting them. It's now been 4 days and our case hasn't been touched since 10/04/19. If there is anyone filing from North Cyprus, are you having these same issues. I know that there are issues with America and Turkey again 😐 I read that there are demonstrators on the same street that the embassy is on and wonder if that is the hold up.. But still a whole 5 months for an interview is ridiculous!
