How do  you know if you will be interviewed for the I751.

When they send you an interview notice with the date and time to appear.

Nobody can force you to do anything, so no, you do not have to do.

If he receives an interview he can be denied if you refuse to go with him. What service center is his ROC at, and what does the online status say?

You don't have to go to interview, but it would be ideal I think.

You don't have to go........but he should be prepared for the consequences....

cant they approve you with out an interview. we didn't have enough documents so I don't know.

We moved and I did not report the address changed but the biometric letter was forward from old address.

He dont care he does not even ask about his process because he does not want to make it looks as if he want me for the card.

Yes, they can approve it without an interview......Life is full of choices......This is HIS removal of conditions.  You can choose to either cooperate or not....everything else is his choice.

I’m confused. From your previous posts last year, you were already having issues. But it sounds like you filed ROC with him? Now you’re saying you don’t want to go to the interview. I’m not judging, just wondering why you didn’t divorce and let him have at it by himself. The burden would be on him. You didn’t really submit any evidence, so were you hoping he would get denied if you didn’t show? That still won’t get him sent back to JA. He would just prob stay illegally. If he didn’t mind going back to JA, he would be gone already.

Sidenote: your health isn’t worth it sis. Take care of you and let it go. When you’re gone, he will still be here and on to the next.

They will summon the applicant for an interview. That’s how. However it’s at the IO discretion if they deem the initial evidence submitted as enough to waive the need for another interview. Also, holding the “green card” over you spouse’s head as leverage because you’re unhappy with your marriage only benefits them because they already have s green card and they can remove conditions on their own by filing the divorce waiver roc.

When the send you the biometric letter does that mean they have everything to process the I 751

No, it just means they need the fingerprints to do background checks.
