So we got an RFE for our AOS. :( I'm totally bummed because Wadi's EAD is going to be delayed by this.

The RFE says that they are unable to determine if my household income exceeds 125% of the poverty line. I must submit tax transcripts for the most recent tax year, W2's, and a letter from my employer.

I ALREADY GAVE THEM ALL OF THAT.

I wish they could be more specific. Like, "your application is missing X", rather than restating the instructions, which I read and followed in the first place!

Well, I'm hoping that they just lost something, because my response is going to look an awful lot like the original!

6/2/2010- Case received/resumed at CSC

6/18,6/22,6/23 AOS touches

6/28/2010- EAD production and touch on AP

6/29/2010-AOS APPROVED

7/2/2010- 2nd update on EAD production and touched on AP....

7/6/2010- Received "Welcome Letter" and AP document

7/12/2010-Received GREEN CARD and EAD

Aaargghh that's SOOO frustrating. I'm sorry this happened :( Hopefully it will not delay things too much...

OMG, Jenn just got this letter too? They must have just gotten the new form (it's dated February 9th) so they're using it every chance they get! Wow, aren't we so lucky! :unsure:

Oh boy! I think we should play the lottery! Today is our lucky day! :angry::P
