Visa Sanction on Pakistan from USA is the main reason.Thats why they have stopped giving visas to pak National

I am finding it hard to establish the correlation between "visa sanctions from the USA" and "filling out timelines by individuals".

And it begs the question, if they have been "sanctioned" like you say, why are they still applying for visas anyways?

Do anybody know if anyone got the visa between November 2018 till now??

In reality they stopped giving it to pak National and what is the point to discuss the timelines??

Everyone is in the same situation of 221g or AP for how long it will take nobody know??

We can pray about it

Allah has a better plan for everyone

Good luck to everyone

You really need to do research before pushing some things forward.

I don't think you're doing any service to your fellow compatriots who are hoping/wishing/praying to be re-united with their loved ones.

The current data proves you WRONG.

I know a lot of people who got their immigrant visas between the time period that you have mentioned.
If you are correctly following the guidelines there’s no reason for getting a spouse visa rejected. No one hates us that much that they would deliberately want to keep us away from our families.
if you miss a document, especially the most important ones like tax transcript or your original nikkah nama thats when you’re given a 221 g.

Im not here to disagree with anyone, but I just wish we would all hope for the best and get rid of these negative beliefs. Theres no need to believe that us Pakistani are disliked. We aren’t, trust me.

hope for the best and expect good results :)

peace.

Examples?   Once a visa status changes to "Issued", it is officially approved....that means administrative processing is complete.

My husband and I got approved in March 2018. We were only in AP for a couple weeks for his new passport photos to be sent.

No sanctions on visas :)

As far as timelines go, that’s up to the individual to maintain that information. In my own case for my wife, I try to keep it updated accordingly (last update was RFE received by USCIS 10 days ago)
