My case sent to NVC on 09/27 and received on 10/03.hopfully get a case number soon. My questionNVC have 3 methods of processing mine Will be 2nd one which is I have sent documents to them email. Do I just pay the fees and fill out the form DS-260?

Yes. The first form you have to fill is the DS-261, which is designation of representative. Then you pay one fee (IV fee I think, can't remember). Then you wait a few days, then there will be another fee available (AOS fee), pay that. Then another few days, the DS-260 will be available for you to fill in. Then you can send in your documents via whatever methods they want you to send. Note: NVC will not review anything until all the fees are paid, the DS-260 is complete and you send in all the documents. They say it takes 6-8 weeks to review the documents. The kicker is, if something is missing or is inadequate and you have to resubmit documents, they say the 6-8 weeks clock will restart. So you need to make sure you do EVERYTHING EXACTLY like the instructions.

Also, are you actually Kurdish? If you are, I am very sorry for what President Trump did to the Kurdish people in Northern Syria...

Yes I'm kurdish. He betray us, one thing is make us happy most people support us. Thank you so much.

It took about 1.5 month for me.

I don't know about other cases but I do have i-130 F4 case. It took about 1.5 month for nvc to accept my documents and then they will take some time to get interview for you depend on the embassy backlogs.
