Currently pending case for a Cr-1. U.S Citizen /spouse.

Contacted the center 2 times to request Expedite for Financial loss.

Mom's medical issue (Proof, record on file), short-term memory, panic, lost pretty much Mental. Needed my support.

Im a police Officer, city HR stated that the time I will be taking off to care for my Mom is 3 months Without paid. After 3 month i needed to get everything in order regardless of the circumstances, I will be subject to termination.

Making well money- but suddenly everything is falling apart because her illness. salary of $60,000 does this classified under Financial Loss?

3 months of missing work is $15,000 before tax. Due to her mental state, she does not trust in any other care giver, or medical services. Tried every resources but all people can do is talking therapist, mom needed real family support and all she got is me my wife and my sister who doesn't like to visit and gave me Power of Attorney

* Can't force Elderly to Nursing home, and Im the primary care giver.

* Can't function by herself.

USCIS denied every request without even looking at the documents. What is my options here, pretty desperate about this.

Hi. Si sorry to hear about your situation. I'm sure others will give you better answers but first thing I would do would be to contact your congressperson and ask that they inquire into the request. I've seen many instances where they can assist.

I'm not sure I understand. You are filling for your spouse? You are the US based spouse. Your mom is in the US and needs support? How does your wife coming sooner help that situation? You have outlined everything about your mom but not how how spouse visa being expedited helps this situation.
