My wife's petition was approved on 8/21/2019 and it has been 7 weeks but still Did not get welcome letter from NVC. I called NVC to ask them for the status but they said they did not get file from USCIS till now. Does anyone has any idea why it is taking that long? USCIS did not update their website when I check status  for my wife petition but I got approval letter already .  USCIS just saying sorry for the delay .. I am really tired of this thing.

It took 60 day for NVC to receive my file from USCIS and 30 days after that to give me my case number.

SO in total 90 days after approval. 12 weeks

You can send a copy of ur NOA2 to NVC... with few weeks they will send the WL letter.... NVC ask to send the approval letter directly to them if 6 weeks has past after the approval...

Thanks, finally NVC received file from USCIS 2 days ago. Do you have any idea how long NVC usually takes to send Welcome Letter?

NVC received my case on 31st october.... we should receive WL in 3-4 weeks.... Are you from Nepal?

That's great... where do you live in US? I guess hamro process same timema hunchha hola. Do you have any idea kati time lagchha hola processma ajhai? Almost 2 years bho apply gareko budhile sodheko sodhai chha.
