Hello,

Trying to get some help on this question. I have applied for i-130 for my mom in China. Currently the i-130 is approved. Wondering if NVC will send out email or mail to let us know when we can move forward, and if it's by mail, will it go out to the beneficiary's address in China or to mine in US, or both? Just trying to figure out if we need to worry about the mail system from US to China as many times it's not quite reliable. Thanks!

We live in Brazil and I am a USC applying for my wife's resident visa. Mail service is lousy here. I sent two Christmas cards from Texas last December and they never arrived. But my NOA2 arrived and it took 3 weeks to get here. My lawyer in Texas never notified me until I sent them an email.
