Hi everyone,

I’m excited to share this journey with the rest of you.

* I-130 package sent: Friday, 10/11/2019. Sent via FedEx 2-day Express delivery to Dallas Lockbox. Cost me roughly ~$25. Estimated time of delivery: Tuesday @ 4:25pm.

* I-130 package arrived: Monday, 10/14/2019 @ 9:33am.

* NOA1 received: Today, Friday, 10/18/2019. Exactly one week after submitting the package. Was notified twice via e-mail and text message (4 total notifications) because I filled out Form G-1145. Our case has been sent to Nebraska Service Center for processing. Fml LOL. 😫 In this e-mail, I’ve also been notified that I will receive form I-797 within 7-10 business days.

Woooooooooooooo... Nebraska..

Did you got approved?

So we raised an inquiry few days back that our I-130 case is outside of our normal processing time now (as per processing time, CSC is at 5-7 months for Citizens spouse) and we got the below reply today -

Your case is currently being adjudicated. You should receive a notice of action* within 45 days.

During Inquiry it says it will be taken care of in 30 days , and now they responded above as 45 days. Am confused. Please help.

For potomac fillers, I'm monitoring and i can say they now picking up enough cases from October, so far only rfe and reviewing but i think finally this month we could see some progression that totally lacked in past months.

I assume is due fact that at 10 month mark they should have approved at least 50% cases and so far they were way behind that.👍
