what does the status “Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS” mean?

That is a good thing.

It means that a manager/supervisor is reviewing your submitted evidence in response to their RFE with your initial case officer. You will received your I-130 approval shortly if they are satisfied with submitted evidence.

Same thing happened with my daughter's case. Her case status changed like this and next day I received her approval.

Your approval is around the corner. Sit tight

Best of luck!

Hi everyone

Since I haven't seen a group for the I-130 October filers yet, I thought I'll create one so that we can share our experiences on here.

My husband just recently submitted our I-130 petitions, receiving the NOA1 email on October 7th and the hard copies yesterday.😃

What service center is everyone assigned to? Are there any others with IOE numbers and processing by the Nebraska Service Center ?

Good luck to all of you! I hope everyone's case will be approved quickly 😊

I also applied for my wife and son And I got my IOE case number  in October 2019
