Nope we in the same boat and I’m 15th oct pd and also got my out of processing time response since 29th may saying one next in line and nothing yet !

Hi

My husband checked our USCIS account and found our date had changed to July 3rd, what could it mean? Also what does it mean if USCIS says "your case is in line for consideration"?

today I find out through call they transferred our case from Texas to Vermont now what about processing time ? us citizen filled for spouse PD Oct 24 /2019

Got approved today 

noa1-oct 23, 2019

noa2- july 6;2020

at Texas ,I made a inquiry on the 4th of June because my case was out of processing time ,never received a answer ,was about to call this week but I just received email confirming approval,I’m very happy ,one step closer to bringing my son to the states!

Lucky your NOA1 is 2 weeks later than mine but i still didnt receive a response yet and i just sent case inquiry on July 2nd

Well if your at Texas I think your near ,I also saw people from November starting to get approved ,and wondered when will they get to me,but it finally came,I hope you and the other oct filers  get approved soon!

Yep Texas Center and no transfers and NOA Oct 17 but hopefully this month i receive approval for my wifes case
