Have you got facebook? Try to search F2a- 2019 fillers. And join.

So this is your 2nd application of I-130? Is your spouse Green Card holder or US cit? Are you outside or inside US? Is spouse inside or outside US?

yes my second go round of I-130 CR1 my husband is not here i am the usc. I was denied from USCIS because not having my marriage cert and they wouldn't except the document from the national archive. so I waited until i got it and just refiled this month. I receieved my receipt number through text message on my phone but as of now still no access code or NOA1

I am not sure, if anybody has mentioned this or not, but I was able to find out which service center is processing my petition without calling the USCIS and before receiving the hard copy of NOA1. At this point, I only got a text from USCIS with a receipt number (IOE number).

I used USCIS Emma and got connected to a live rep through their chat. I gave the rep all the required information (Receipt number, full name, DOB, full address) and told the rep "I would like to find out what service center is going to be processing my I-130, so I can estimate my wait time." The whole process, including the wait time, took only about 10 mins.

https://www.uscis.gov/emma

I know that you can get all this information by patiently waiting for the NOA1 hard copy, but I just wanted to put the information out there for impatient people like me 😋

Capture.JPG

I wish i could of seen this before hounding USCIS because I got my text on the 11th of oct still no NOA1 then I had to leave a message to get my access code because after a couple of days it will expire. so I am good and it's now reading processing. The scariest thing was one of my IOE numbers was not working i called they was telling me i filed under a different which yes in january i did but since i didn't appeal case i refiled and got my name changed but still why are you seeing my name again is it because i ended back at potomac if that was not weird they told me one of beneficeries was someone i didn't know. I had to call a tier 2 he said as long as i see under myaccess account the correct names and pictures i was ok smh at my week but happy friday now. Good Luck everyone

I don’t think it can delay it as the I129F becomes irrelevant as soon as I-130 is approved. So it can either speed it up or leave it at the regular processing speed I’d say. It looks like the centers with a slow I-130 processing are fast at the I-129F and the other way around. Also I assume that it gets sent wherever your I-130 is, since you have to submit a copy of the NOA1. Also it wouldn’t make sense from a business process perspective to have them in different centers, as the forms are linked to each other.

Not sure if it actually helps to speed things up, but it sure looks like it. We thought about it a lot, whether we should send it in or not. It seems though, as if everyone that sent it in got approved pretty fast. Respectively if you check everyone’s profile (comments) that had a fast processing (NOA1 received in 2019 and NOA2 within approx. 5 months), they all sent the I-129F.

The I-129F will get denied either way - there have only been 6 approved worldwide this year (see government statistics spread sheet). But since it’s linked to the I-130, I think they might have to approve the I-130 once they decided on the I-129F due to a business process or they approve the I130 since they’re already checking it anyways to see if it’s complete (not that they approve the I-129F and then have to run after tons of additional information for the other one) 🤷‍♀️

But that’s just my thought process - I might be wrong ☺️
