No. I sent mine as a paper, and I hade like 5 date changes before I got the approval!

If you have an IOE number, you don't get a letter from NVC - you get an email.

 

Or are you talking about the USCIS approval letter?

I meant to say a welcome letter they send through email. I already received the approval letter from Uscis.

I think all IOE cases approved lately got the letter at the latest a day after approvel. Have you check your spam folder?

That's only if you were a LIN case. I think they do get an actual letter. IOE cases just get an email as far as I know.

Yep! I’ve been checking it almost every hour! And my wife is checking hers as well.

Ya that's not the case for everyone, I am in the same boat. I saw recent approvals here in VJ timelines and some ppl are still waiting for NVC, despite being IOE.

Hi Vcgy,

I just got the approval notice in the documents tab in the USCIS account. Which has been pretty much same for a big percentage of the folks in this forum. I guess they are new to these processes or they are so swamped with work that they do not even bother to send notifications to each and every applicant, who knows....One thing I know for certain, it is our responsibility to constantly request for information and that usually keep things moving.

I’m jus gonna jus shut myself out now man it’s so depressing ! No date change as yet even thou we got a reply from our inquiry....... this month is our first year anniversary and we cannot spend it together! I’m so frustrated!
