Oh my goodness guys! After 228 days WE’RE FINALLY APPROVED AS WELL! I can’t believe it!!!! We’re beyond excited!!!

Hubby submitted an inquiry for case outside normal processing time on May 9th, “standard response  received on the 18th and 19th. Date changes on the 18th for son’s case and 21st for my case.

We’re an IOE case, PD October 7th 2019, transferred from Nebraska to Texas in February.

K3 has PD November 7th 2019. No decision so far.

Congratulations!!! I know that feeling.....

Hurray!!!

Congratulations!!!

Sounds like transferred cases to Texas are being looked at and approved.

Did you receive any form of approval notification?

Best to luck on your next steps and finger crossed to the rest of us waiting on the I130 approval.

Thank you 😊

Hubby didn’t get an approval email yet, but the notice is in the online account under Documents and we got the email from NVC with the case number already 🙏🏻

Thank you so much for your wishes and all the best of you for your visa journey! I hope you get an approval soon!

Hey guys,

I have a question. Do you know if it's necessary to submit the police certificate with the civil documents? think I read somewhere on the forum that you can submit everything and just bring the police certificate to the interview with you but I'm not completely sure.

Thanks in advance!

I think it needs to be uploaded. As far as I know they’ll tell you what to upload (from screen shots I’ve seen in Facebook groups).

I just saw some December filers 2019 already finish with nvc stage just waiting for interview date while some of us October filers still cannot he  tv an approval as yet ..... this really rip me apart 😔

Yes, the process doesn’t seem fair. Or at least it’s not “first come first serve”. Unless the rule “we process in the order we receive cases” refers to when the uscis agents receive them after background checks (?) 🤷🏼‍♀️

I really hope that all of you October filer get an approval soon!

by the way: what is your PD and current service center again? You’re timeline isn’t filled in/ public so I thought I’d ask ☺️

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to know if everyone here that’s been transferred received some sort of notice from uscis?
Our application date was Oct. 2 and we were originally sent to Nebraska. When I asked a question on the myuscis portal today, the automated response told me to check the Texas processing times, which was weird as all other correspondence before today said Nebraska. When I called, the customer service agent told me that our application is now in Vermont. We never received any form of correspondence about this change and the agent couldn’t tell me when the transfer happened. Is this normal? I know there’s a lot going on in the world right now but it just seems strange that our application would be transferred, possibly twice, without us knowing.
Congrats to everyone on here getting their noa2 - I’m sure it’s the best feeling in the world!

If you have a case number starting with IOE, this is totally “normal”. Most of these cases have been “transferred” (really not as they are in an online tool and just accessible from anywhere ☺️) In February and I believe also at a later date to balance the workload of the centers. For none of us a notice has been issued that a case was transferred. What’s your PD?

Our case number does start with IoE! I guess I didn’t consider the fact that this is all digital, I keep imagining physical stacks of applications that stretch for miles 😂

how did you know that you were transferred if you didn’t receive a notice?
I’ve seen other people on here use “PD” but I’m not sure what it stands for.
