Does anyone knows what's next? I know we have to wait for the NVC letter and then we will need to pay the fees but do you know what documents we will need to upload?

You’ll have to upload things like police certificate, birth and marriage certificates, divorce decrees if applicable, passport pictures, etc. The affidavit of support form and that new public charge form I-944 I think it’s called.

 

Also: the letter was once upon a time. It’s all electronic now (for IOE cases) I believe. People have been getting an email from NVC pretty fast after the I-130 approval. I’m sure you’ll get your case number email from NVC today or Monday. Look out for it - also in the spam folder in case you don’t get anything.

I just checked my account and we have another date change - yesterday May 14th and today May 15th! I hope we get approved soon as well

You’ll be approved soon!!!! Trust me!!! I had dates changed and it did mean an approval 💕😭

PD October 7th, transfer from Nebraska to Texas. Tier 2 told hubby that we’re in line for review a month ago and nothing happened yet! Hoping that the out of normal processing times inquiry we submitted last week will help! 🙏🏻

Approval came from Nebraska! 

Congratulations!!! One less hurdle to jump, one step closer to the long waited end! Well, for us immigrants the Jurney never ends. There are always other processes going on for other relatives and other friends to help and provide advice, it is our responsibility.

So far only February 23rd or 26th, can’t remember exactly. Then March 16th and the last one was April 3rd (which is what it’s still showing 😔)

 

I’m positive we’ll get our approval at some point ☺️ Just hoping it won’t be much longer 🙏🏻💕

Yep keep the faith, I am in the same boat. Only one touch on May 11, 2020. I bet within the month we will both be at the NVC stage.

Hello Folks,

I see that there are just a few of us waiting for approval. My case is now being handled by TSC and I have noticed that they have been pushing the Inquiry Date pretty much daily, so looks like they are trying to avoid inquiry requests, so I am expecting them to continue with their routine, approve more cases and keep pushing the inquiry date.

How exactly do you ask Emma (live chat) if your case has been transferred? I tried a number of times and she just kept giving me the link to 'case status'  😏
