the date that says 12 May is what we are referring too.

 

when we submitted it said 24 October (when all docs were uploaded)

 

date changed 23 feb - when apparently transferred 

 

1st May and now 12 May

I havent got any of those and my NOA1 is october 17 Texas Center and case has never been transfered

that, to me, would indicate no one has opened your case and it’s still with Texas Sc. They are approving October 15 cases at current

my husbands a US citizen and we’ve seen people who filed in Jan, Feb even March already approved.

If i dont get response by July or August i will file "outside of processing time" because right now Texas center is doing Octobet 16 cases and if i dont get response by July or August i will call USCIS and file claim

I don't think their online processing information is correct.

In Potomac Service center as per USCIS website Estimated time for LPR filing for Spouse is 1 week to 7 month and for citizen 7 to 9 months.

I also didnt believe it was right but than in Texas it went from October 11 to October 17 today in about a week so if it was a mistake than why does it keep updating? I dont know whats going on
