I actually have no idea where my case is right now. That’s what I’ve been trying to find out since the beginning of this week. I was told when I called that my case was reassigned. But the representative didn’t know what that meant and didn’t know which center my case was at. My case was originally at TSC, but I’m not sure if it still is.

Hmmm, that's weird. When did you get the info that it has been reassigned? Did they tell you why there was no transfer notice?

I called on Tuesday and the lady told me my case was reassigned. I asked her if that means it was transferred and she said she’s not sure. She said it could mean it was transferred to a difference SC or it was reassigned to a different officer. She didn’t know where my case was and told me that if it’s transferred, I will get a transfer notice in the mail. I spoke to Tier 2 afterwards and they gave me the same response. Someone suggested that I send a message through my online account and that my current SC will show up on the bottom of their reply. I sent a message more than 24 hours ago, but I didn’t get any response.

Interesting! Maybe they just don't want to spill the beans about any new processes 🙂

Hi everyone. Just a quick update. I just got an automated response for my message that I sent through my online account. On the bottom of that message, the service center displayed is Texas Service Center. Therefore, I’m guessing my case was not transferred and is still at TSC. I’m not sure what the representative meant by my case being reassigned though.

Our case was transferred from Texas to Nebraska on 23 Feb 2020.

Hubby did a live chat with USCIS today and our cases got transferred from Nebraska to Texas 🙏🏻🥳
We didn‘t get any notification at all 🤷🏼‍♀️
