F1 category - anyone with December 2013 PD received Welcome Letter from NVC?

Hello,  

 

My PD is May 2013 for my F1 and I just received my letter from NVC a few days ago.  Check the Visa bulletin, you should see approximately how long you have to wait.  I suspect a few more months and your date will be active.

My PD is (F1-ROW)April 30 2013 and I received my WL a couple of months ago, I sent all required documents, I am still waiting for NVC to review all I submitted and give the approval then the IL.

You will need to submit DS260 for the principal applicant and derivatives ,if any,, affidavit of support(financial evidence) and civil documents.

 PD Dec 2013, it's now current of VB filing status chart . (Chart B) haven't received no WL as yet.

Anyone knows how soon after current on Chart b will WL arrive? Category F1 family based
