I am filing for my visa application and i have a son . but i don't have a full custody of him .can i do everything now and not adding him to my Visa Application Forms and Wait till i have full custody of him and fill for him separately .Will i have any problem if i don't add him now .

If you mean can you leave him off forms that are asking you to list any children you have then, no you can not do that

You are disclosing information and NOT adding him to your Visa application as when and if the time comes,  he will need his own Visa application

Entering the child's name on the I-130 for petitioning a spouse has nothing to do with, actually, petitioning the child.  Complete all questions accurately and honestly.

 

You file a separate I-130 to petition the child no matter..
