We've been getting prepared for my interview all weekend, and have discovered we made a mistake when we first filed back in December.

We sent USCIS the original DS3025 before making a copy.

Is this something they're going to ask for at the interview? Or is it fine since they already received it in our packet?

I was going to call the doctors office where I got my medical done at, but it's Thanksgiving in Canada today so they're closed.

We have everything else, just this ONE thing, I'm so frustrated.

I doubt what you had was the original as the original should have been included with your medical report that was contained in your 'do not open " envelope

YMMV

Okay, so it should be okay?

If you read the I693 instructions it says the ds3025 is only acceptable to the uscis if it was marked "complete " AND was attached to the visa medical report.   You should be fine

YMMV

well i guess it depends if they got it. i submitted a copy of mine with the applications and i brought the original with me to the interview. But I guess they didnt find it in my applications, or overlooked it or lost it. so i had to give them my original during the interview. now i have 0 copies with me. but we already got our GC so im glad we dont have to deal with this anymore. let's hope they have your copy already.
