Hey all I called the Customer Service Center to ask what if any information on my case that was filed on 5/11 at the TSC. The Lady who answer told me that my case had been moved to CSC and receive on 6/5 and also gave me my CASE number. Just a bit of information for those who are still waiting for a response.

Wow!!! thanks for the update and info. I too sent my I-130 around the same time and have been having the same problems. I hope I can get good news that the cashiers check was cashed, they find our names when I call USCIS info center and able to get a case number too. I also hope the I-797 arrives in the mail soon after because I'm not really sure if I'm able to enclose a photo copy of cleared cashiers check with case # along with my I-129F package. Really want to get this whole process going I-130 and I-129F (k-3).

I sent I-130 on 04/12/2007, still waiting for NOA1 for I-130. Got the case number by calling customer service (it's also found on the back of the check for the application fee).

Thanks for the info and good luck with your case! Please keep us posted when you get your NOA1 for I-130.
