For clarity, I-130s

They lied........average time for a spousal visa, as reported by other VJ members, is 471 days from filing to interview....and it appears that times are increasing.  Pakistan is known for quite long periods of AP.

They didn't "lie". They quoted the correct processing time for the I-130 in the quickest processing center. They did not quote the NOA1 to Visa-in-Hand time.

Just because the OP did not understand them does not mean they lied... it means that they merely intentionally misled him and his wife..

(I'm being sarcastic here)

I have applied my spousal visa and submitted the documents in Chicago lock-box and our documents reached to USCIS office on 26th of September 2019 and got response from them after 5 days that our receipt number is this and receipt notice has been sent to my wife through mail and after making account on USCIS website we got the reply after some days that our application has been approved and now in review. So I want to know that I am currently in Pakistan and my wife is in States and she is citizen so now how long more it will take for review to be done and estimated how long it will take to get to NVC?

Read the process in this link .

omg this is a lot but the company rapidvisa who are helping us to process the case they told us that it will take 6 to 8 months because my wife is US born american and my case is filed as immediate relative and as per process I am getting things done very quickly because I got my case number in 4 days and my application was approved in no time and now the status says its in review

I am a US born citizen/ took me 6 years to get visa approved

you will note on the USCIS site it says "there is no guarantee of visa approval"

and the receipt your wife will receive says the same

Rapid visa is a joke/  they can not guarantee a visa/  they do not make it any faster / and they make many paperwork mistakes

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/historic-pt I'm estimating that your "I-130 Petition for Alien Relative - Immediate Relative" case is going to take at least 12 months. You can see the average time for the past 4 years on their site. You said you were approved in 4 days. Please read the letter again. Your application was received but will not be approved for at least another 6-8 months, and that is IF there are no errors in your application. Don't get your hopes up. This will take a long time. After it is approved, then you are moved to the NVC stage which takes several months, and then you are moved to the medical exam stage and final interview. Thousands of other applicants are ahead of you so I would budget 12-16 months for your new timeline.

They’re all IOE now for the I-130 so can’t tell this way anymore

That actually sent it to the wrong location......but I guess Chicago accepted it.  I would ask RapidVisa to check the I-130 instructions.

our receipt number starts with  IOE.
