I have applied my spousal visa and submitted the documents in Chicago lock-box and our documents reached to USCIS office on 26th of September 2019 and got response from them after 5 days that our receipt number is this and receipt notice has been sent to my wife through mail and after making account on USCIS website we got the reply after some days that our application has been approved and now in review. So I want to know that I am currently in Pakistan and my wife is in States and she is citizen so now how long more it will take for review to be done and estimated how long it will take to get to NVC?

16 months ish for approval. You should prepare yourself for a longer than average AP after your interview. Based on other cases you are probably about 2 years away from getting your visa in hand

omg this is a lot but the company rapidvisa who are helping us to process the case they told us that it will take 6 to 8 months because my wife is US born american and my case is filed as immediate relative and as per process I am getting things done very quickly because I got my case number in 4 days and my application was approved in no time and now the status says its in review

What service center is your petition at? Will give you a slightly better indicator of how long it will take to approve the I-130

On the copy of the NOA1 which your wife would have received, it will say in the bottom left hand corner which service Center is processing your case.

If you have been given a receipt number already, the first three letters are the service center. LIN is Nebraska, SRC is Texas, WAC is California and YSC is Potomac.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

That actually sent it to the wrong location......but I guess Chicago accepted it.  I would ask RapidVisa to check the I-130 instructions.
