Born in Korea, adopted into US what documents do I need to show proof of citizenship to file a k1 visa? (petitioner)

Hello all, I am trying to gather all required supporting documents to file my k1 visa for my fiancee from the Philippines.

I was adopted from South Korea and I am a legal US citizen and so are my parents. I also got my name legally changed to my now-English name from my original Korean name.

What documents will I need to show proof of citizenship?

Also, should the kvisa form and supporting documents be printed in black and white or color ink?

I meant the for the form itself, not the pen ink.

You can use 4 color ink, but the only ink that will be used is black

The forms are printed in black and white, not colored. Have you seen any of them that use different colored ink? When you print them out, the default printer instructions are for black ink.
